Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes. We would like to meet with you first, however, you’re welcome to bring a trusted friend, partner, or family member for support for your wrap up and test results. Our team will make sure you feel comfortable and respected either way.
Is there a charge to use your services?
No. All of our services are provided at no cost. This includes pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound services (if eligible), options discussions with an advocate, and educational classes.
What can I expect when I come to my appointment?
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a member of our team and asked to complete brief paperwork. A picture ID is required. From there, you’ll meet privately with an advocate who will listen to your situation and answer your questions.
We understand that everyone’s story is different. Our goal is to meet you where you are without judgment, pressure, or assumptions.
If you’re taking a pregnancy test, we’ll clearly explain your results. If your test is positive, you may qualify for a limited ultrasound performed by nurses licensed in New Mexico.
Above all, your appointment is a confidential space to get accurate information and talk through your concerns at your own pace.
I got a positive pregnancy test at home. Now what?
First, take a breath. Home tests are a good starting point, but confirming your pregnancy test result with lab-quality testing and, if eligible, a limited ultrasound can give you clearer information.
From there, you can meet with an advocate to ask questions and explore your options. There’s no pressure to decide right away, just reliable information and a supportive space to process.

Getting accurate information about your pregnancy and learning about available resources can help you feel more grounded. You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. An advocate can listen to your concerns and help you sort through your options without pressure.
Do you provide abortions?
We provide factual, educational information about abortion procedures, including the abortion pill, how different methods work, and potential risks and side effects.
We do not perform or refer for abortions, and we do not profit from your decision.
